Spriv’s security service will utilize your mobile telephone’s information, including location information, in protecting your confidential information, such as credit card and user name and password, from malicious intent.

While Spriv’s internet security service is free to use, message and data rates may apply for text messaging used to opt-in or opt-out of the service. To cancel your use of Spriv’s security service, you may text to 84787 or reply with SECURE STOP , STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE to any message received from Spriv. You may also send a message using one of these responses to the associated short code at any time. Messages you receive from Spriv will include “Text SECURE STOP to stop” to remind you how to cancel the service. To obtain help for the text messaging associated with the Spriv security service, you may reply HELP to any messages received from Spriv. You may also text HELP to the associated short code or long code at any time. Contact Spriv at 1.866.561.2286 for further assistance.

Spriv uses location data. By using this service, you consent and permit your mobile phone carrier (including AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile and Verizon) to share your location with others. There is no representation, warranty or guarantee of accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any location data, product or service. Spriv’s internet security service only accesses your customer information, including location information of your mobile telephone, during the situation described immediately above only if you have opted in for the service. Spriv will not access your customer information, including location information, at any other time. Spriv’s internet security service will use your customer information, including location information, only for verifying internet transactions you make with approved providers, for the sole purpose of preventing your confidential information such as credit card and user name and password from fraud and/or identity theft. Your location will not be shared with anyone and will not be stored for any other purpose except to perform the security functions of the service.

Important Message from your carrier: This is not your carrier’s application. If you use this application, it may require your carrier to disclose your customer information, including location information, to Spriv. By providing your consent, you authorize your carrier to disclose your information to Spriv to enable this application. If you aren’t comfortable with these polices, don’t use the Spriv security service. You acknowledge and agree that (1) your relationship with Spriv is separate from your relationship with your carrier; (2) your carrier is not responsible for this application; and (3) you will hold harmless your carrier and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, successors and assigns from any judgments, claims, actions, losses, liabilities or expenses arising from or attributable to this application or the acts or omissions of Spriv.

General. In many cases, we will automatically collect certain non-personal information about your use of the Website that includes, among other things, information concerning date and time of your visit, the pages of the Website that you visited, your path through the Website, your IP address, the type of browser and operating system you are using and, and the third-party web sites or advertisements linked to or from the Website that you visited. For this purpose, we may use cookies, clear gifs, frames, server log analysis and other technology. Information, pertaining to your visits to the Website, collected through these technologies will be anonymous unless you provide, or have provided, us with personal information.
